This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account, integration, upload, prompt, automated request and use of Fibly.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Fibly to:
- break applicable law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation or violence;
- store or distribute malware, stolen credentials, payment-card data, unlawful intimate material, child sexual abuse material or content that unlawfully exploits a minor;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or contractual rights;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs or data, or bypass authentication, rate limits, plan limits or safety controls;
- probe or test Fibly for vulnerabilities without written permission, except for good-faith reporting that avoids harm, persistence and data access;
- scrape, resell, sublicense or provide shared access to the Service except where Fibly expressly allows it;
- use the Agent or output to make decisions about another person's employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, health care, legal rights or access to essential services;
- send spam, deceptive promotions or unauthorized automated communications;
- misrepresent AI output as verified fact, professional advice or human work where disclosure is legally or ethically required.
3. Your content and permissions
Only submit content you have the right and authority to use. Respect employer, client, school and professional confidentiality obligations. Fibly is not designed as a password manager, regulated health-record system, legal-practice system or emergency communications service.
4. Enforcement
Fibly may limit, suspend or terminate access, remove content, preserve evidence or contact appropriate parties when reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to a violation, security threat or legal obligation. Where practical and lawful, Fibly will provide notice and an opportunity to explain or appeal. Serious or urgent harm may require immediate action.
5. Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse to support@fibly.app. Reports should identify the affected feature and enough context to investigate without including unnecessary sensitive information.
