The short version
Fibly does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural advertising. It uses browser storage needed to keep you signed in, remember settings, support offline and in-progress work, and operate connected features. Optional providers may receive technical request data when their features are used.
1. Technologies we use
- Authentication storage: Supabase stores session information in the browser so you can remain signed in and refresh your session securely.
- Local storage: Fibly stores appearance, layout, focus, notification, calendar-import, draft, player and other device-specific preferences. Some workspace data may also be cached locally for continuity and offline behaviour.
- Session storage: Temporary navigation, setup and checkout state can be kept until the browser tab or session ends.
- Sidebar cookie: A first-party preference cookie remembers whether the application sidebar is open. It lasts up to seven days.
- Service logs: Hosting, authentication and security providers automatically process IP address, request time, browser information and similar connection data when requests are made.
2. Services that may receive device data
- Vercel and Supabase: hosting, application requests, authentication, database and storage delivery.
- Sentry: error and performance diagnostics only when configured. Session replay is disabled. Fibly does not intentionally include note, task or Agent content in diagnostic events.
- Google Fonts: the browser currently requests font files from Google, which can disclose IP address, browser and request information.
- Google, Spotify, Stripe and browser push services: these providers receive data when you connect or use their respective calendar, music, billing or notification features.
See the Subprocessor List for purposes and provider links.
3. Your choices
- You can block or clear browser storage in browser settings, but authentication, offline continuity and saved preferences may stop working.
- You can decline or revoke browser notification permission and disconnect Google Calendar or Spotify.
- You can clear supported Fibly browser data from Settings. This does not delete cloud account data.
