Delete your Fibly account

You can delete your account directly, including if your subscription has expired. Export anything you want to keep first.

• Sign in to Fibly with the account you want to delete. You can confirm deletion on this page after signing in.
• Open Settings, then Account.
• Select Delete account and confirm Delete my account.

You can use these steps in a browser without installing the app. If workspace access is restricted, return to this page after signing in and use the deletion control above. For help accessing your account, email privacy@fibly.app. We will verify ownership before acting on a support request.

Deletion permanently removes your sign-in account, notes, notebooks, tasks, habits, projects, calendar connections, AI history and derived memory, and your uploaded files. You will be signed out and cannot undo the deletion.

Local drafts on the device where you delete the account are cleared. Remove downloaded exports and clear Fibly storage on other devices if you also want those copies removed.

Financial, fraud-prevention, security and legally required records may be retained. Backups may remain during their recovery period. See the Privacy Policy for retention and your rights.

Your Fibly subscription billed through Stripe is canceled immediately. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund. If you purchased a subscription through Apple or Google, also manage or cancel it in that store's subscription settings.
