Fibly is an AI-assisted second brain for people who want one place to capture messy thoughts, organize them into projects, tasks, notes, habits, and plans, then use focus tools and analytics to actually follow through.
The dashboard lets you type or record a raw brain dump. Fibly turns it into editable draft tasks, habits, and notes, then lets you review each suggestion before saving it. It can also detect likely duplicates, schedule conflicts, and a short list of what to do next.
AI is built into specific workflows: organizing brain dumps, rewriting or expanding notes, answering questions about selected note text, suggesting note links, drafting project breakdowns for review, creating habit plans, and giving habit advice from available context.
Fibly is closer to a second brain with execution tools built in. Projects, tasks, notes, habits, calendar views, focus sessions, sounds, and analytics are connected so your ideas can become plans, your plans can become focused work, and your work can become feedback for the next decision.
Typed notes support rich text, Markdown, equations, code, folders, tags and linked ideas. Pro and Max also include ink notebooks with handwriting, sketches, shapes and typed text. Ask AI can explain, transcribe or summarize a notebook page within your Notes AI allowance.
Tasks can have priorities, due dates, reminders, recurrence, task types, estimates, focus minutes, break minutes, and focus rounds. Deep-work tasks can start a task-linked focus plan, while quick actions can stay lightweight without Pomodoro overhead.
Yes. Fibly projects organize outcomes into milestones and linked tasks, track dates, progress, and health, and can start from an assistant-drafted breakdown that waits for user review before anything is added.
Yes. Fibly has month, week, and day calendar views for tasks and timed work. It can show Google Calendar events when connected, import iCal files or feed URLs, and keep imported external events read-only inside the workspace.
Habits include schedules, streaks, completion history, reminders, categories, and time goals. The AI Habit Coach can create a starter habit plan or give advice from your recent habit history, task completion, focus patterns, and workload.
Analytics shows recorded active time from ended focus sessions over 7, 30, or 90 days, including sessions stopped early. It also shows current tasks, today’s habits, and project progress, with a next step based on the available records. It does not infer a best focus hour or measure work quality.
Every plan includes 19 built-in tracks: nature recordings, synthesized noise and ambient textures, piano, sleep and rest music, and binaural tones. A movable floating player keeps sound available across the workspace. Artist and source credits are shown in Sounds. Binaural tones require stereo headphones; effects vary.
Fibly is for students, founders, freelancers, creators, and focused workers who want one calm workspace to think, plan, remember, focus, build habits, and learn from their own patterns.
Focus Lock is part of Fibly focus sessions. Start a task-linked focus block, pick a sound from the Sounds library, and the Fibly browser extension blocks the sites you choose until the timer ends. Without the extension, the timer, sounds and session history still work.
No. The agent shows each step as it works, then proposes specific changes, such as moving a task. Nothing changes until you confirm, and you can undo afterwards. Connected Google Calendar events stay read-only.
Practices are habits a project depends on, such as writing 500 words four times a week. A project shows each practice with its commitment, flags it when it slips, and keeps it on the Habits page so it can be completed from either place.
